#Police ARE SCUM!!! This person was jailed for SMOKING!!! NOT bothering ANYONE!!! This lady was ticketed because she was SMOKING OUTDOORS while walking her dog!!! Then she made the mistake of refusing to sign the ticket and was arrested......... Then purposefully tortured by these #Nazi scumbags with a badge!!! I DO NOT support the Police any longer!!!
