It's TRULY a shame when citizens KNOW THE LAW better than those we PAY to enforce it!!! How exactly are police officers WHO DON'T KNOW THE LAW to be expected to enforce those laws??? This officer for instance........... Walking up like a #Tyrant and bothering a man when what he is doing is not only COMPLETELY LEGAL But it's ALSO a #Constitutionally Protected activity!!! Secondly he IS NOT on "private property" as the cop claims.......... he is on a PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY!!! EVERY COP on the force has been trained on these exact same points MANY TIMES!!! Yet still................. Don't know sh*t!!!
