Sargent Mark Masters is okay in my book!!! And I'm not generally very fond of cops. ALL Police officers should be as level headed and knowledgeable of the law!!! My hat is of to the Sarge, they should have him teach the rest of his department about the #Constitution and #FreeSpeech (The guy really ran his mouth a bit much!!! And is VERY lucky he didn't get a disorderly conduct on him!!!)
