I want you to meet a REAL SCUMBAG!!! This cop has been planting drugs on people and then arresting them for God only knows how long. He WAS arrested and charged which is unusual in itself!!! But you and I both know.............. He won't get sentenced as harshly as you or I would!!! He SHOULD get the amount of time that ALL OF HIS VICTIMS WOULD HAVE GOTTEN!!! But he'll probably get probation!!! He made one man lose custody of his daughter!!! Hanging this scumbag would REALLY be too good for him!!!
