212k EXCESSIVE FORCE SETTLEMENT

Cops already get too much training!!! It's a LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE PUBLIC by Police!!! BTW...... it has nothing to do with being black, they'd have done the EXACT SAME THING to a white guy!!!
