Timeline: What led to a botched HPD raid?

#Police Chief Art #Acevedo tells many stories trying to cover for #HPD killing the #Tuttle family in a deadly no-knock raid on their #Harding Street home in #Houston. The Chief references a call slip from 911 trying to justify this botched raid and murder, but it's CLEAR Police had NO PROBABLE CAUSE to raid this home, much less a reason for a no-knock raid!!! This story highlights the need for citizen oversight of police!!! EVERY #LawEnforcement Officer in this country needs to be REQUIRED BY LAW to wear an ACTIVE body Camera and we need CITIZENS in charge of police investigations AND the promotion of officers!!! Because what happens in our current system......... where the police "Police Themselves" is that there is NEVER a finding of wrong-doing by police AND when decent #Cops make complaints against DIRTY COPS they are committing "Career Suicide" The current Police Unions and Police themselves are geared towards covering up police misconduct instead of weeding these crooked cops out!!! We will NEVER HAVE #JUSTICE without citizen oversight!!!
