UTTERLY INSANE Militarized Traffic Stop in Harrisburg PA!!

The paranoia of the Militarized #Police force roaming American streets get innocent people killed every day!!! There is absolutely no justification for having heavily armed goon squads in every city across the country!!! There should be ONE swat team in major urban areas and that's it!!!
