OFFICERS DETAIN CITIZEN FOR JOGGING AT NIGHT

Mr Price? or Dickerson handled himself well I thought!!! I did NOT know however, that Alabama is one of 24 States that CAN "Stop and Identify" you!!! I did not think that many states had went #Nazi on Americans!!! the #Police need to realize that............. even though they catch a lot of criminals by asking for ID (even when NOT allowed to demand it) and by running tags............. that citizens WHO HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG feel violated by this BS, widely used, police tactic!!! ALL Police Officers took an OATH to uphold the #Constitution!!! That includes upholding the rights guaranteed under the Constitution for others................. And most cops don't even KNOW the Constitution!!! So how are they supposed to uphold it??? Violating people's rights is NOT how you become a good cop!!! You become a good cop by getting to KNOW the people in the community you police!!! Get to know them by shaking their hand and introducing yourself and attend community events. NOT by demanding ID and violating people's rights, breeding distrust and fear.......... instead of building a relationship with citizens!!!
