INSANE Arizona Cop Brutally Beats Innocent Man ON VIDEO

As far as I'm concerned a citizen would be well within their rights to shoot this scumbag sociopath #Police Officer to protect a defenseless citizen who has done nothing to warrant a beating!!! Of course anyone who "Did the right thing" and protected this man's life from this #Criminal with a badge would probably end up getting shot themselves by his Gang associates when they arrived on the scene!!! The Glendale, Arizona Police Department has serious issues with criminal behavior by it's officers!!! This illustrates the malicious behavior Police often get away with UNPUNISHED!!! If you or I had done this to another human being we'd be in #Prison for a very long time!!! But when a #Criminal has a badge he is ABOVE THE LAW you and I follow............. Thisd POS scumbag will end up terrorizing citizens in the next county over because that's what happens in cases like this where bad officers are fired. Want to know where the disconnect is between Police and Citizens??? It is in the government's FAILURE TO PROSECUTE criminals such as this!!! Want to know why so many citizens #Hate #LawEnforcement???
