Cops are just people, there are good and bad. The PROBLEM IS a "good cop" CANNOT tell on a bad cop!!! It's career suicide!!! The "/thin blue line" is something that hides the actions of these bad cops. That and the police unions.
So what happens is the "Good Cop" stands around and watches as the BAD COP violates people's rights and plants evidence etc.....
